Passionate Coach, foodie, life-long learner, Executive Leader,
intrepid traveller, productivity nerd, Swiftie, & terrible pianist.
Brooke Long’s leadership journey began early - fueled by curiosity, courage and just a touch of childhood mischief. Growing up in Brisbane, Australia, she chased dreams, collected badges and learned the value of taking action long before she knew what her future career would hold. Her path wove through retail, arts, law, travel, and motherhood, each chapter shaping her understanding of people, purpose, and what it truly means to lead.
A decade in Direct Sales opened the door to a career she never expected but was built for. Brooke excelled as an entrepreneur, coach, and leader, eventually leading the sales and engagement division of Australia & New Zealand's #1 Direct Sales company. Along the way she discovered the power of honest connection, strong systems, and genuinely caring for people - principles that continue to anchor her work today.
Driven by a passion for growth and impact, she completed her MBA while raising a family and leading a national team, deepening her expertise in leadership, communication, and change. Her work is grounded in insight, evidence based frameworks, humour, and a belief that leadership is not a title but a way of moving through our complex world.
Today, as the Founder of Thrive and an NLP Practitioner, Brooke helps people build confidence, clarity, and purpose - empowering them to lead themselves and others with heart, resilience, and authenticity. She believes that everyone deserves to thrive by doing what matters, and that with the right support, everyone can.
