How much time do I need to commit each week?

Amplify is designed to flex around your life and your business. Most Thrivers find 60-90 minutes per week allows them time to learn through the video lessons and complete the workbook activities at a comfortable pace.

If 15 minutes a day works better for you, that works too - you can move through the material in whatever blocks suit your schedule.

When you progress through a Module each week, your AMPLIFY journey will span six months of learning.  You can speed this up, or slow it down, to suit your needs.

What if I get busy and fall behind on the course?

You have 12 months of access to all course materials, so there's no pressure to rush.  Life gets full - that's exactly why Amplify is built around consistent, sustainable systems rather than a sprint.

Brooke will work with you personally to help establish the pattern of learning that supports you best, considering your learning style and the time you have available.

If you need to take an extended break from the course, you'll simply pick back up where you left off, when you're ready.

Does it matter which Direct Sales or Network Marketing company I'm with?

Not at all. AMPLIFY is intentionally designed to work across the Direct Sales and Network Marketing industry, regardless of your company, product or compensation structure.

The frameworks, coaching skills and leadership strategies you'll develop are transferable because they're built around the fundamentals of leading people - how to inspire, communicate, coach and grow a team. Those capabilities don't belong to any one company. They belong to you.

My company already provides leadership development. Why do I need AMPLIFY?

Company leadership training is valuable and AMPLIFY is designed to build on it, not replace it.

As soon as you enrol you'll receive access to the Thrive platform and the Welcome Module of your Intentional Leadership course, so you can start straight away.

Each week you'll receive a new module, ensuring there's time between your learning to take actions for immediate impact in your business.

Access to the Amplify Community and fortnightly Collective Coaching begins immediately, with resources to guide you through your first steps.

What is Collective Coaching?

Your Amplify course includes access to Thrivers Club and the Amplify Community.  This is your connection to other Direct Sales professionals who are working through the same frameworks, applying the same systems and working toward their own version of success.

It's your community to share wins, work through challenges and be inspired by each other.

Each fortnight, Brooke hosts a live Collective Coaching session exclusively for Amplify members. These sessions embed your Amplify learning and offer an opportunity to received additional coaching on any challenges happening in your business right now. 

The Collective Coaching sessions take place on the second and fourth week of every month (Tuesday evenings at 6pm AEST or Thursday at 12pm AEST).  If you can't make it, sessions are recorded for you to view in your own time.

How does the Thrive Guarantee work?
